Answer: WA MASS resources are limited and the demand for services is large. Cases are prioritized based on need. You can expect to be on a waitlist for referrals for some time after being enrolled. |

Answer: If you have not been contacted by a service provider after one month of your enrollment, get back in touch with the Hub (virtually or in person) and request an update on your case. |
