As the Reception and Navigation Hub (“Hub”), the International Rescue Committee Washington’s team of navigators screen prospective clients for eligibility. If and when clients are found eligible for the Washington Migrants and Asylum Seeker Support (WA MASS) Program, our team will conduct Intake and a comprehensive needs assessment to determine the services and corresponding spoke organizations to refer your case to.
Spoke organizations’ capacity is limited and we cannot guarantee access to services. Cases will be prioritized based on the level of need. The vast majority of cases will have to wait a period of time before being referred to a spoke organization for services.
You can follow up with us to track the status of your referrals and submit any new information that you think is important for us to know. See “Access the Hub” for more information on how to contact us.
